• Return or refund requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
• Candles may be used.( Picture Requirement)
• Approved requests may qualify for a refund, replacement, or store credit, at RI23’s discretion.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

What type of wax is used?
All RI23 candles are made with coconut wax, chosen for its clean burn and excellent scent performance.
